Tomorrowland Music Festival

Tomorrow land may require to cancel 2nd weekend as Belgium town brings lawful action, Lineup on verge of release

One of the leading electronic music events of the world, Tomorrowland, may have to either turn it down or tone it down. Residents of Schorre, Boom, Belgium (an ideal town for an EDM festival, for what it is value) are putting their feet down amidst plans to host a 2nd weekend of dance shenanigans during 2004. Complaints about the party are nothing new. Residents in the region say noise matters, drug usage & crowding among the complaints against Tomorrowland. The statement from Dutch Entertainment Company ID&T that the celebration would be recreated for a 2nd weekend to rejoice Tomorrowland's 10th anniversary was it seems that a step too far. The petitioners are using officially permitted means to stop the second weekend from occurring, & possibly even to tone down the first. The earlier three years of festivals have brought more than 180,000 admirers to the area, so it is logical that type of crowd might make things tense if doubled. But, Tomorrowland has recognized itself as one of the world's major EDM festivals, with stages & sets as complicated & eye-catching as any. Tickets have not gone on sale up till now, so, if the festival is forced to scale back, nobody has lost anything yet.
